I function at my best in the early morning ...Lynn,<br /><br />I function at my best in the early morning hours, and take naps in the afternoon...I don't know why my body won't stay awake from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00, it just...won't. I get very sleepy and relaxed and next thing I know I am waking up, refreshed again. In the early hours my mind is alert and active and my hands, though hurting sometimes, generally feel better after an hour or so of quiet, crochet or knitting time...It is my favorite time of day.
